Practice for starting a business
Before you start hosting, you'll need to open a registration form with the municipality to start your business. Don't worry, we'll take care of everything from obtaining the authorization and the CIR (or CIN) code.
Creating ads
We'll publish your apartment on major portals and OTAs (online travel agencies), detailing the experience guests will enjoy in your apartment and maximizing the visibility of your investment.
Photo shoot
One of the most important things when you want to "sell" online is the perception we convey to the customer of what we offer, for this reason we don't limit ourselves to photos taken with a cell phone, but rather we take care of carrying out a professional photo shoot with SLR cameras in order to obtain the best possible result.
Smartlock installation
Automating access not only offers guests greater check-in flexibility, but also completely eliminates the problem of lost keys. That's why we also offer non-invasive and completely reversible smart lock installations.
Exhibition consultancy

Bureaucracy
We know full well that in the "bel paese" the words "bureaucracy" and "simplicity" almost never go together; that's precisely why we at Houset, after taking care of the SUAP application, will take care of all the operational bureaucratic aspects, from the notifications for each guest to the State Police, to the submission of statistical data to ISTAT, up to the collection and payment of the tourist tax.
Deep cleaning
Upon each check-out, the property will be thoroughly cleaned, with a change of bed linen and towels, and a hotel-quality courtesy kit provided.
Linen supply
Clean sheets, pillowcases, and towel sets: we work with suppliers who operate in the hotel industry with high washing, sanitization, and ironing standards.
Maintenance
The condition of the house is constantly monitored thanks to repeated checks at the end of each stay and to timely "in case of breakdowns" or "scheduled" maintenance interventions.
Customer care
We strive to provide each of our guests with the best possible experience; whether traveling for work, health, or vacation, our mantra is to always be available, from check-in to check-out.
Tax substitute
For each month, we calculate the amount of withholding tax due based on the rent received, paying it on behalf of the owner, acting as a withholding agent.
Revenue management
We'll initially populate the calendar by adjusting rates based on seasonality and particularly popular events, then vary the offering daily to maximize yield and occupancy rates, even on days that would otherwise be lost, perhaps between two bookings.
